WELCOME TO
Galgus's Compliance
We are strongly committed to regulatory and ethical compliance as a basis for building trust with our team, clients, and partners. With this website, we aim to provide you with a deeper insight into our principles, demonstrating how they guide our innovation as we strive for success every day through our sustainable and respectful practices.
The main pillars of our commitment
Innovation, compliance, ethics and transparency
Our commitment is exemplified through our dedication to these four key elements that you should be familiar with. As part of our stance on transparency and responsibility, we recognise the importance of strict regulatory compliance and, likewise, we uphold ethical practices in all our projects.
Galgus’s Internal Policies
THE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Whistleblower channel
Here at Galgus, we firmly believe in the importance of ensuring a safe, inclusive, and transparent working environment. That is why we have implemented our whistleblowing channel as an essential tool to allow our team, clients, and partners to report any legal irregularities or violations of Galgus’s code of ethics in a confidential manner.
Whistleblower channel policy
The internal whistleblowing system and whistleblower protection policy establishes the general principles for the whistleblower channel that Galgus is committed to upholding in all its business practices.
Whistleblower channel management protocol
The whistleblower channel management protocol has been established as a corporate tool for our team, clients, and partners. This protocol facilitates the communication, management, investigation, monitoring, and resolution of any complaints related to any behaviour or conduct that violates current laws or that goes against Galgus Global SRL’s internal and ethical standards and principles.
Code of Ethics
This code seeks to foster an organisational culture rooted in values and commitments, aimed at improving management practices, transparency, participation, and achieving results.
It is also consistent with the company’s stance on human rights, and it aligns with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
