What an amazing week we’ve had at FITUR! From day one, our stand at the International Tourism Fair was a hub of inspiring meetings and conversations, innovative ideas, and, above all, many professionals and visitors eager to learn how our technology is transforming the way we experience and enjoy tourism.
We started with full energy and a strong desire to share everything we do at Galgus. From our connectivity solutions to our location analytics tools for creating smarter destinations, we were there to discuss how we can help make tourism more efficient, sustainable, and connected.
If you stopped by our stand, we hope our team’s enthusiasm inspired you as we shared how our technology is making a difference for both visitors and citizens.
One of the most special moments was welcoming Diana Morant, Minister of Science, Innovation, and Universities. It was a privilege to explain how our work is contributing to the development of smarter tourism and to hear her interest in what we do.
We were also thrilled by the visit of Luis Arriazu, Mayor of Patones (Madrid), a municipality we’ve worked with to enhance its connectivity. Discussing this project and how we’ve helped transform the experience for its tourists and residents was a source of great satisfaction for us.
Friday was an intense and thoroughly enjoyable day. Our colleagues Óscar and David delivered a talk on how our technology can drive smart cities forward.
Additionally, we were fortunate to connect with great friends and colleagues, including Fernando Saiz (CEO of our partner, Wizzie), Noelia González (Head of Madrid City Council at Vodafone), and Federico Posadas (Minister of Tourism of Jujuy, Argentina).
We can’t wrap up this summary without thanking everyone who visited our stand and spent time with us. It has been an incredible experience, full of learning, new ideas, and, most importantly, an abundance of positive energy to keep moving forward with our mission.
FITUR 2025 has been unforgettable, and we’re already looking ahead to what’s coming in the next few months. If you couldn’t make it, don’t worry—get in touch with us or visit us at our next event. See you soon!
