Since 2012, South Summit is the Leading Innovation Global Platform focused on business opportunities and disruptive trends, that gathers together the entrepreneurial ecosystem with top innovators from Southern Europe and Latin America. Galgus had the opportunity to pitch there at the 2019 edition.
Galgus was one of the 30 tech companies presented by the Andalusian Government at the “South Summit 2019”. Among them, our company was one of the only five designed to pitch in front of the audience gathered there.
Galgus’ CEO, Jose Gonzalez, pitched about the deep-tech company and the benefits of its technology based on the Software-Defined WiFi. In addition, he reviewed all the vertical markets in which the Seville-based company is present such as aviation, rail, maritime transport, buses, hotels, convention centers, soccer stadiums … he could explain as well all the advanced features that +650,000 users worldwide every day are enjoying when they connect their devices to the internet.
According to Gonzalez, “We really appreciated being invited by the Andalusian Government. It’s a kind of recognition towards what we are developing. Such an event with such an interesting audience is very important for a company such as Galgus”. Adding “The air was full of great ideas around! So inspiring!”.
