Barcelona is once again at the centre of urban innovation with the arrival of a new edition of the Smart City Expo World Congress, a benchmark event for the smart cities ecosystem that we could not miss.
Between 15 and 17 November, more than 20,000 people will congregate at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via exhibition centre with the sole objective of empowering cities through innovation and collaboration, forging a better future for their inhabitants.
All of this in a situation marked by the climate situation and health crises in which cities have a lot to say. Unquestionably, with people at the centre as drivers of change.
Following the success of the 2021 edition, the Smart City Expo World Congress will once again be a hybrid event between in-person and digital, so people from all corners of the globe will be able to attend the event in one way or another.
And everyone will be able to see first-hand how Galgus contributes to the development of smart cities, minimising the digital divide, providing connectivity, encouraging citizen participation in public life and providing municipalities with valuable information that allows them to optimally manage their services.
