The company has been awarded at the Wireless Broadband Alliance Industry Awards in the “Best Industrial Wireless Service Innovation” category. The jury has aknowledge Galgus CHT technology for optimization of wireless communications inside commercial aircrafts.
The awards, of an annual nature, are given within the Wireless Global Congress, an event organized by the Wireless Broadband Alliance. This institution, founded in 2003, has the mission of promoting the development of the wireless broadband ecosystem and is the benchmark in the adoption of next-generation Wi-Fi services (IoT, Big Data, Smart Cities, 5G, etc.). Its members include the presence of seven of the top 10 groups of mobile telephony operators by revenue as well as leading technology companies such as Cisco, Microsoft, Huawei Technologies, Google and Intel, among others.

It`s an incredible support for the road that we started four years ago as it has been endorsed by the main actors of the wireless communications industry “, said Jose Gonzalez, Galgus CEO. He also pointed out: “It was a very exciting week for the whole Galgus team, we were selected as one of three companies to present live on the Innovation Stage. We demonstrated our software CHT (Cognitive HotspotTM Technology). We were also one of seven companies selected for the Accelerator Panel, where we again had the opportunity to present Galgus and its technology to the whole WBA community members.
